Alex Haidar, Founder & CEO
Alex Haidar is a seasoned real estate executive with over two decades of experience spanning property management, brokerage, construction, and asset strategy. As the Founder and CEO of Skyline Realty, he leads a full-service firm trusted by landlords, investors, condominium boards, and developers throughout Greater Boston.
Since launching Skyline in 1999, Alex has built a reputation for reliability, results, and long-term client partnerships. He has personally overseen residential portfolios ranging from investment properties of various sizes to a wide array of condominium communities, while also directing major construction and capital improvement efforts.
Clients rely on Alex not only for his technical expertise, but for his ability to navigate challenges, ensure compliance, and protect their investments. As both a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, he provides hands-on leadership in permitting, renovations, leasing strategy, regulatory matters, and overall asset performance.
Alex’s background combines aviation, business, and computer science, along with certifications in project and construction management. He is known for his calm problem-solving approach, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure.

Today, Alex continues to lead Skyline Realty’s core service areas, including property management, real estate brokerage, and construction oversight.
