Resident & Owner Move-In Guidelines

If you are a new condominium owner or resident moving into a building managed by Skyline Realty, please complete the form below.

Move-in fees vary by building and are detailed in the building amenities pricing sheet, available upon request. Condominium owners and real estate agents are responsible for disclosing these fees to potential buyers or tenants before listing a unit for sale or rent.

Residents must provide management with at least two weeks’ advance notice before any scheduled move-in or move-out. A complete list of all unit occupants must be submitted as part of this process. Failure to comply may result in penalties.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable and may differ by building. To confirm the applicable fees, check with the current unit owner, your real estate agent, or request a copy of the pricing sheet from management.

*If the previous owner or tenant cannot return their physical keys to the management office, new owner, their agent, or new tenant, an additional unit rekeying fee may apply. Pricing for physical keys is based on replacement cost if keys are damaged or not returned. If your association does not have the listed amenity above, please disregard that line item. The minimum mandatory new resident fee is mandatory, and all payments are non-refundable. For elevator padding, please be sure to notify management at admin@skylinerealty.com, two weeks before your scheduled move to avoid penalties. All movers must be insured. Condominium owners are responsible to notify agents and tenants about these fees and policies when listing a unit. Any unpaid charges shall be added to the unit owner’s ledger.
