Resident & Owner Move-In Guidelines
If you are a new condominium owner or resident moving into a building managed by Skyline Realty, please complete the form below.
Move-in fees vary by building and are detailed in the building amenities pricing sheet, available upon request. Condominium owners and real estate agents are responsible for disclosing these fees to potential buyers or tenants before listing a unit for sale or rent.
Residents must provide management with at least two weeks’ advance notice before any scheduled move-in or move-out. A complete list of all unit occupants must be submitted as part of this process. Failure to comply may result in penalties.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable and may differ by building. To confirm the applicable fees, check with the current unit owner, your real estate agent, or request a copy of the pricing sheet from management.
🚨 Important: If your association is currently in the process of a new community onboarding, do not complete the form below. This form is only for new residents moving in after the association’s account has been established.
