Association Owners and Tenants
Please use the form below if you’re a new condo owner or new resident moving into a condominium association managed by Skyline Realty. Depending on your association bylaws, move-in fees vary. If you are a real estate agent or condominium owner, it is your obligation to disclose costs to potential buyers or renters prior to listing the property for sale or rent. All fees are subject to the building amenities pricing sheet, a copy of which will be sent to new residents upon request. Please note that pricing varies by building, so please check with the current owner or your real estate agent. Residents must give management a minimum of two-week notice before any scheduled move can occur.
Please note that fees are non-refundable. Failure to provide management with a complete list of all unit occupants is a violation subject to penalties. Occupants must notify the management office two weeks in advance of any scheduled relocation in any of our managed buildings.
