Alex Haidar, Founder & CEO
Alex Haidar is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience, currently at the helm of Skyline Realty. As the Founder, he oversees all facets of the business, including residential property management, brokerage, general contracting, and real estate development.
Before establishing Skyline Realty, Alex founded and owned Ambiance Interiors, leaving an indelible mark with notable interior design projects in the Greater Boston Area. His journey in executive management showcases unparalleled expertise. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Realty, Alex provides invaluable guidance to clients on a spectrum of property-related matters.
As a licensed general contractor and real estate broker, Alex’s advisory extends from construction and real estate projects to investment analysis, ensuring client satisfaction and timely results. His multifaceted knowledge spans property maintenance, construction, capital improvements, budget creation, landlord and tenant law, condominium governance, accounting, banking, and building code compliance.
Under Alex’s leadership, Skyline Realty has thrived since 1999, managing over 2500 units, marketing and selling 1800 units, and completing over 700 design and construction projects. His diverse educational background, including degrees in aviation and computer science, business, and various professional designations, coupled with extensive training in project management, adds a unique dimension to his leadership.
Alex is adept at problem-solving and excels in team settings, collaborating seamlessly with professionals across disciplines. His focus on property preservation, investment performance, and risk management has been instrumental in the success of numerous projects. Currently involved in multiple investment and development activities, Alex continues to drive Skyline Realty towards new heights.
