Condo Owner Onboarding
To assist you with all available services, you will receive access to our client portal. Your temporary password will be sent to your registered email on file. Please allow 30-90 days for the onboarding process to complete.
Once you receive your temporary password, follow these steps to access your account:
- Visit www.skylinerealty.com/login.
- Log in using your email address and temporary password, or create a new password by clicking “forgot password” to reset your account access.
- Your username is your registered email address.
If you are using a Buildium account with your current management company, you will need to register for a new one with Skyline Realty.
If you cannot find the email with your temporary password, please add “donotreply@managebuilding.com” to your allowed contact list or check your spam folder. If you still experience issues, email us at admin@skylinerealty.com. To add yourself to the building directory for other owners to see, click your avatar once logged in, navigate to the profile tab, and check the “Share my contact information with other residents” box.
Client Portal Functions:
- Payments: View your unit’s payment history, check your balance, and set up auto-recurring payments using secure bank information. You can also pay your condo fees online.
- Requests: Submit maintenance requests for your unit and access documents like 6(d) Certificates, Condo Questionnaires, budgets, and meeting minutes. You can also create tasks for management staff and vendors.
- Announcements: Stay informed on important notices like maintenance schedules, water shutoffs, or alarm testing.
- Violations: View notifications about any community rule violations based on your bylaws or resident handbook.
- Documents: Access condominium and association documents.
- Community: Submit common area maintenance requests and notify other owners of submitted requests.
Account Management & Payments by Check
Once logged into the Skyline Realty resident portal, you can update your profile, avatar, and contact information by clicking on “My Account.” You can also manage your payment methods and set up automatic withdrawals.
Balances from your previous management may not be immediately reflected in your account ledger. During the 60-day transition period, balances will be manually verified. Once reconciliations are complete, we will notify you of any forward balance charges. While waiting for final verification, you can continue paying your regular monthly fees via the portal to avoid collections or payment delays.
If you prefer to pay by check instead of using the portal, include your unit and account number from the “Account Information” section in the memo line of your check and mail it to:
