Getting Started
You will receive a temporary password via email to log into your account. Please allow 30-90 days for the onboarding process to be fully completed.
How to Access Your Account
- Visit www.skylinerealty.com/login
- Log in using your registered email and temporary password.
- If you prefer, reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password”.
- Your username is your registered email address.
- If you were previously using Buildium with your former management company, you will need to create a new account with Skyline Realty.

Payments & Account Management
- View your balance, payment history, and set up automatic recurring payments.
- Pay condo fees securely online.
- Prefer to pay by check? Mail payments to: Your Association Name

📌 Balance Transfers from Previous Management
Balances from your previous management company may take up to 60 days to reconcile. You can continue paying your regular monthly fees to avoid any delays.
Maintenance Requests & Community Support
- Submit maintenance requests for your unit or common areas.
- View and download important documents, including:
- 6(d) Certificates
- Condo Questionnaires
- Budgets
- Meeting Minutes
- Stay informed on community announcements (e.g., maintenance schedules, water shutoffs, alarm testing).
- Receive notifications regarding community rule violations, if applicable.
Connecting with Other Residents
Want to be visible in your building’s directory?
- Click your avatar in the portal.
- Navigate to Profile → Check the box “Share my contact information with other residents.”
