New Client Onboarding
To help you with all the services we have available, you will receive access to our client portal. Your temporary password will be sent to your registered email on file. Please allow 30-90 days for the onboarding process to complete.
Once you have received your temporary password, you will be able to access your account by following these simple steps:
- Visit www.skylinerealty.com/login.
- Login with your email address and temporary password, or create a new password or by clicking on “forgot password” to resent your account access.
- Your username is the same as your registered email address.
- If you are using a Buildium account with your current management company, you will be required to register for a new one with Skyline Realty.
If you cannot find this email, please add “donotreply@managebuilding.com” to your allowed contact list or check your spam folder. If you still need help logging into your account, please email admin@skylinerealty.com. To add yourself to the building directory for other owners to see, please click on your avatar once logged in and scroll to the middle of the profile tab and click the “Share my contact information with other residents” checkbox or by following this link.
The client portal allows owners to perform the following functions:
- Payments Manage and review your unit’s payment history and check your balance. Instead of mailing in your condo fee by check, you can now pay online and add auto-recurring payments using your bank routing and account number information securely.
- Requests Use this link to add maintenance requests for your unit and receive documents such as 6 (d) Certificates and Condo questionnaires, budgets, meeting minutes, and create and organize various tasks for the management staff and preferred vendors.
- Announcements Is where you can read important notices regarding maintenance or other changes to association property, e.g., water shutoff, alarm testing, etc.
- Violations This is where you will be notified of any actions that violate your community rules based on your bylaws or resident handbook.
- Documents This is where your condominium files and other documents of your association will be viewable and saved.
- Community This is where you can submit maintenance requests related to the common areas of your building and notify other owners that your request has been submitted.
Account Management & Payments by Check
Once you are logged into the Skyline Realty resident portal, you can change your profile avatar and contact information and set permissions by clicking on your avatar and “My Account” in the top right corner. You can also manage your methods of payments and set up auto withdrawals from your bank account. If you need help at any time, simply contact us.
Your actual balances from your previous management may not be reflected on your accounts ledgers until your accounts are fully onboarded. During the transition, there is a 60-day period when balances are checked and manually verified before entering them into the new system. When they complete their reconciliations and send us the final reports, we will notify you of any balance forward charges being applied. Thank you for your patience while we correct all balances, which will take between 45-60 days. In the meantime, you can pay your regular monthly fee on our portal to avoid collections and delays in processing your payment.
If you do not want to pay your HOA dues using our portal, and you prefer to pay with a paper check instead, please be sure to include your unit and account number, found under “Account Information” in the resident portal dashboard, and include it with your address in the memo section of your check and mail all paper checks to our address below:
