New Client Onboarding
Landlord accounts allow owners access to all the services we have to offer. You will receive access to your account using Buildium within a few days after signing your contract with Skyline Realty. Your temporary password will be sent to the email you used during the contract signing process.
To access your account at any time, please follow these simple steps:
- Visit www.skylinerealty.com/login.
- Login with your email address and temporary password, or create a new password by clicking on “forgot password”.
- Your username is the same as your registered email address.
If you cannot find this email, please add “donotreply@managebuilding.com” to your allowed contact list or check your spam folder. If you still need help logging into your account, please email admin@skylinerealty.com.

EFT & Draw Account
Finally, to complete your account setup, we will need your banking information. Your bank account routing number is the first series of numbers you can find in the bottom left corner of your checks. Your specific account number is the second series of numbers printed just to the right of the routing number. Please contact your account representative and provide them with this information. A test deposit will be sent to your bank account to verify ownership of your account.
The account creation phase includes scanning of old documents, uploading current tenant information to our database, verifying leases and importing financial data from your previous manager or items you send to us. This process can take up to 90 days to complete. During this phase, please email admin@skylinerealty.com if you need assistance with technical support or want to send us documents or vendor contracts to add to your files.
Your tenants will also receive a welcome letter advising them of the change in management. We will work with them to create their tenancy account and give them access to pay rent, submit requests, and download lease documents. We will inform you when this process is completed.
