List and sell your property with six easy steps

In order to achieve success, we assist you in conducting the following steps.

1. Conduct a Comparative Market Analysis

First, to help you determine the best real estate listing price for your property, your Skyline Realty agent will conduct a confidential, in-depth analysis of your property and current real estate and market trends. Your agent will:

  • Research and analyze active, pending, and sold listings using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Assess the cost of any improvements and remodeling
  • Complete a detailed property valuation report

2. Prepare the Property for Sale

In addition to the above, your agent will schedule a free consultation of your property and provide:

  • An explanation of the entire sales process, especially relevant to your listing
  • Recommendations on repairs needed before listing your property for sale
  • An expert consultation on the best strategies for selling your home
  • Effective marketing plans tailored to your specific property

3. List the Property

Because of the complex process of organizing your listing, your agent will:

  • Prepare all listing documents for your approval before doing anything
