Condo association owners and their tenants should be aware of our new resident policy. Beyond building maintenance, we offer in-unit management, maintenance, and repairs tailored for individual unit owners, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and more. Owners will receive a separate communication outlining these in-unit services. Below are the primary onboarding categories for your review:
- White Glove Maintenance & Repair Authorization
- Association Owner Welcome Page (for condo owners and board members only)

- Emergency Task Procedures (for all residents)
We provide 24/7 availability for emergencies and assistance with insurance claims. Our maintenance staff includes licensed plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, appliance repair specialists, professional landscapers, a snow removal crew, and a cleaning crew to ensure prompt service. Through the resident portal, you can request services as needed.
In addition to our regular maintenance team, our experienced professionals—accountants, attorneys, general contractors, and architects—are available to assist with legal, zoning, building, permitting, and accounting matters that may arise.
During the initial onboarding phase, watch for an account activation email from donotreply@managebuilding.com with your activation instructions. If you do not receive this within thirty days of the welcome letter or have additional questions, please contact us for assistance.
