Welcome to Skyline Realty’s official portal for condominium document requests related to unit sales, refinances, lender underwriting, and due diligence reviews. All requests must be submitted through the form below.
Available Documents
6(d) Certificate
Required for Massachusetts condominium unit sales pursuant to M.G.L. c. 183A, §6(d). Requests may only be submitted by the unit owner or seller’s legal counsel.
Condominium Questionnaire & Due Diligence Documents
Typically requested for lender underwriting, financing approval, or buyer due diligence.
Insurance Certificates
Issued directly by the Association’s master insurance provider. Management will provide insurance contact information upon request.
Processing & Rush Service
Processing begins only after a complete request and full payment have been received.
- Standard Processing: 10 business days
- 6(d) Certificates: Please submit requests at least 10–14 business days prior to closing
- Rush Processing: Available for an additional fee, subject to management approval
Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in advance. Fees become non-refundable once document preparation or processing has commenced.
Confidentiality & Information Requests
Skyline Realty provides association information only through official written documents. Verbal account verifications, financial disclosures, and association representations are not provided by phone.
