For Investment Property Owners
Property owners will receive access to the Owner Portal through Buildium shortly after signing a management agreement with Skyline Realty. An activation email will be sent to the email address used during the onboarding process.
Accessing the Owner Portal
- Visit www.skylinerealty.com/login
- Log in using your email address and password.
- If needed, select “Forgot Password” to create or reset your password.
Your username is the email address associated with your account.
If you do not receive your activation email, please check your spam folder or add donotreply@managebuilding.com to your approved contact list.
Owner Portal Features
The Owner Portal provides convenient access to important property information, including:
Financials
View account balances, payment activity, and financial summaries.
Owner Ledger
Review owner distributions and transaction history.
Documents
Access important records and management documents.
Maintenance Requests
Submit inquiries or service requests directly to management.
Reports
View financial reports and tax documentation.
Account Settings
Update contact information and account preferences.
Account Setup
During the onboarding process, Skyline Realty will integrate your property records into our management system. This may include uploading lease documents, organizing financial records, and establishing tenant portal access where applicable.
Owners may be contacted during this period if additional information or documentation is required.
Tenant Notification
If your property currently has tenants, Skyline Realty will notify them of the management transition and provide instructions for accessing the Resident Portal, where they will be able to submit maintenance requests, make payments, and access lease information.
