Tenants will receive access to the Resident Portal through Buildium. An activation email will be sent to the email address associated with your lease. Each tenant listed on the lease will receive individual login credentials.
Accessing the Resident Portal
- Visit www.skylinerealty.com/login
- Log in using your email address and password.
- If needed, select “Forgot Password” to create or reset your password.
Your username is the email address used during registration.
If you do not receive your activation email, please check your spam folder or add donotreply@managebuilding.com to your approved contact list. For assistance, contact admin@skylinerealty.com.
Resident Portal Features
The Resident Portal allows tenants to:
Payments
View payment history, check account balances, and make secure online payments.
Maintenance Requests
Submit maintenance requests and track service updates.
Announcements
View important building notices such as maintenance work, inspections, or scheduled service interruptions.
Documents
Access lease documents and important building information.

Reporting Emergencies

After contacting the emergency line, please submit a maintenance request through the Resident Portal so the issue can be documented and tracked.
