Apply for Your Apartment Online
To apply for one of our managed rental units, please ensure you have all necessary information prepared before starting the application process.
Important: We do not accept third-party applications or credit reports for any units under our management. A new application must be submitted using the official link below.
How to apply:
- Start your application and answer all questions using your real name and social security number and all other credentials.
- Receive a confirmation from our credit reporting agency requesting you to confirm your identity with SmartMove® and pay a non-refundable application and credit report fee.
- Your application and credit report fees will not be refundable regardless of any decision made on your application.
- If asked, complete a guarantor form and send us additional files.
- Once you are approved, you will be asked to pay the outstanding balance on your account, and sign a lease.
- Please note that your application fee does not guarantee your approval.
- Only management can approve new tenants to be added to the rental agreement.
How we process deposits and new resident account creation:
- Once you are approved, you will be asked to create a new resident account and make a one-month payment which goes towards your first month rent.
- You will be able to login to our resident portal and pay rent or submit maintenance requests.
- We cannot apply the prorated rent as first month rent, so if you are moving into the unit in mid-month, you will have to pay the prorated amount in addition to your first month rent.
- For applications requiring additional prepaid amounts such as last month rent, security deposit, and broker fees, an email will be sent to you from DepositLink®. You will receive a request to pay in a separate email with instructions once your lease is ready to sign.
- Your tenant statement will be updated once all payments are made.
- Management will not sign any leases unless billed amounts are paid in full.
What you will need to apply:
- Personal and emergency contact information.
- Apartment information and desired rent amount.
- Employment history, rental history, and references.
- Bank information and required credentials.
- Extra details like pets and car plate number.
- Credit and background check generated by us.
